FOR RETAILERS, WHOLESALERS & IMPORTERS
Request a Trade Quote
Collection development
Share target categories, reference images, dimensions and finish direction for range discussions.
Private-label options
Discuss product presentation, packaging expectations and confidentiality during quotation.
Export planning
Freight, duties, taxes and delivery scope are clarified in the quotation instead of assumed upfront.
Build a brief that is ready to quote.
Start with the furniture categories you need, approximate quantities per design and the destination country. Include your intended price position, dimensions, wood or material preference and finish references. A clear range brief helps distinguish a one-off custom piece from an order intended for repeat production.
Agree the details before scaling.
Discuss samples or drawings, acceptable material variation, fittings, labelling and packaging during quotation. Sample charges, minimum quantities, lead times and payment terms depend on the product and order scope. If knock-down construction is important for transport or assembly, include it in the initial brief so suitability can be reviewed.
Share the delivery country and postcode, preferred shipping scope and any receiving requirements. Freight, duties and taxes are not assumed to be included; the quotation should make responsibilities clear.
